Hello Thursday everyone! My husband and I went to Ft. Lauderdale last weekend to visit some of our friends. Even though I knew it was going to rain throughout the weekend, I was praying for good weather so that we could go to my favorite flea market on Saturday morning.

Treasure Thursday on Friday
Treasure Thursday has been moved to Friday this week because I did a post on my Thailand trip yesterday.
While most people cooked, went to the beach or just simply relaxed at home on Memorial Day, my friend, Debbie and I, woke up at 5:00 a.m. to go to Webster's Flea Market. I expected to see more vendors at the market since it was a holiday. The market was not crowded when we arrived because it was very early, but it started to get busy around 9:00 a.m.
The weather got very hot very early. Debbie and I left the market around 10:00 a.m. We made sure not to leave without buying our favorite caramel popcorn.

Treasure Thursday
Hello everyone! I went to Webster's flea market with my friend Shelley on Monday morning. It was such a nice day! The weather was in the 40s, which was really cold for Floridians. When I arrived at the flea market, I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of vendors that were there selling. They had closed off their parking lot, where we usually park, to allow more spaces for the vendors. They also opened up the opposite field for more vendors. I knew it was going to be a good treasure hunting day!

Treasure Thursday
Happy New Year everyone!!! The first Treasure Thursday post of the year 2016 is here!
On New Year's weekend, my dear husband was out of town. What would a girl do when her husband is not in town? She goes treasure hunting, of course! Last Saturday, I went to the Gunn Highway flea market in Odessa, Florida. I rarely visit this flea market as I do not usually do well there. Despite the cool weather, there were not many vendors at the flea market. Nevertheless, I still managed to find some treasures and here they are...

Treasure Thursday
Happy Thursday everyone! Why do we go grocery shopping? Of course, we go grocery shopping to buy food. However, grocery shopping for me is an opportunity to stop at my favorite thrift stores! I usually stop by a couple thrift stores on my way to the grocery store and make sure to stop by my favorite one on my way home.

Treasure Thursday
Happy Thursday everyone! I went back to Webster's flea market on Monday for the second week in a row! This time, I went with my friend, Sheri. It was kind of chilly when we arrived at the market. However, it warmed up very quickly.

Treasure Thursday
Happy Thursday everyone! I have had a very good week because 1. my community had a garage sale last Saturday and 2. my dear husband was kind enough to take me to Webster's flea market on Monday morning. I am so excited to share with you the treasures I acquired this week.
First up, my community had a garage sale on Saturday. If you have been following me here, on Facebook or on Instagram, you probably know that my husband is not into treasure hunting at all. In fact, he does not understand why I buy what I buy or what value I see in each item. That actually works out to my advantage! Since he is not into treasure hunting, I appointed him to be my personal driver. On Saturday, he dropped me off at the beginning of the street and then picked me up at the end. He really did not mind driving and waiting for me. I am truly blessed and lucky!
The community garage sale this year was not as good as previous years. Here are the treasures I found on Saturday...

Treasure Thursday
Hello everyone! Wow! It has been two weeks since my last Treasure Thursday post. Since I was extremely busy last month with my classes and projects for October Afternoon, I did not have time to go treasure hunting until last Thursday. As I was driving to go to lunch with my friend, Kelly, I spotted an "Estate Sale" sign. I immediately (and safely) turned around and followed the signs until I arrived at the house. As I was entering the house, there was a big table with bins of jewelry on it. I did not stop at the jewelry table because I am not a big fan of jewelry. As I was walking toward the inside of the house, I spotted a large shelf with a "$0.25" sign. I went through the bins on the shelf, but did not find anything. At that point, I thought this was one of those "hit or MISS" kind of days. As I was about to leave, I went into one of the bedrooms and found these Christmas treasures!

Treasure Thursday
Happy Thursday everyone! Between designing for my classes and October Afternoon, I have not had an opportunity to go treasure hunting in over three weeks. After waking up on Sunday morning, I had an urge to go treasure hunting. I decided to go to the Airport Farmers and Flea Market in Brooksville since it was only half an hour away from my house.
If you have been following me on Instagram and Facebook, I had posted a picture of this booth. The owner's name is Mr. Kimball (that's actually his first name), who definitely has an eye for treasures!

Treasure Thursday
Hi there! Happy Thursday everyone! If you have been following me on Facebook or Instagram, you probably saw where I was last Saturday. I was at one of my favorite thrift stores! My husband and I did not plan on going there last Saturday. We just "happened" to drive by the store (my husband did not know that I actually planned it). I was so glad we stopped because there was a BIG sale in the store last Saturday...fifty percent discount store wide!!!
Here are some of the treasures I bought on Saturday...

Treasure Thursday
Hello there! Happy Thursday everyone! I received so many positive feedback from my Treasure Thursday post last week. Thank you so much for loving it!
Today, I would like to say to all my friends that I am so blessed and fortunate to be surrounded by your love and support. You know who you all are...I love you and I appreciate your friendship!
This week, I did not have to go to any thrift stores or flea markets to find treasures. The treasures actually found me!
First up, My dear friend, Terry, surprised me with these vintage treasures! I would like to describe Terry as kind, funny and selfless. I always tell her that she is a much better human being than I am. You will be lucky to have a friend in your life like Terry.

Treasure Thursday
Hello there! It is no secret that I love going to thrift stores and flea markets. It has been raining here in Florida, which prevented me from going treasure hunting for a couple of weeks.
It was sunny and bright when I woke up on Tuesday morning. As a result, I was determined to get my thrift store fix! I am so lucky to have at least 5 thrift stores within 15 miles of my house. Good thing I went shopping on Tuesday because I got so many treasures. Here they are...
